Returns

Need to Make a Return?

We're here to help! While all returns follow the policies of each individual brand or retailer, we'll guide you every step of the way. Please note that we do not handle exchanges; only returns are accepted.

  1. Email Us First: If you'd like to return an item purchased through the Poppylist Shop (not your baby registry) send us a quick email at support@poppylist.com. Please include your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We Contact the Retailer: Once we receive your request, we'll reach out to the brand or retailer that fulfilled your order to:
  3. We'll Get You What You Need: If the return is eligible, we'll send you everything you need—typically a prepaid return shipping label and instructions to complete the return.
  4. Refund Timing: Once the item is returned and processed by the brand, you'll receive your refund according to their standard processing timeline. This usually takes 5–10 business days.

A Few Important Notes

  • Most returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, but this can vary by brand.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging (yep—brand rules!).
  • Personalized items or final sale products may not be eligible for return.
  • If a brand charges a restocking fee, you'll be responsible for covering that cost.
