1. Overview
Poppylist operates as a curated marketplace powered by Shopify Collective. Many products available in the Poppylist Shop are sold and fulfilled directly by independent brand partners and retailers.
As a result, shipping timelines, costs, carriers, and fulfillment practices are determined and managed by each individual retailer.
By placing an order through the Poppylist Shop, you acknowledge and agree that shipping and delivery services are provided by the respective retailer fulfilling your order.
2. Orders Fulfilled by Retail Partners
If your order is fulfilled by one of our retail partners:
- The retailer is solely responsible for processing, shipping, and delivering your order.
- Shipping speeds, fees, tracking information, and delivery estimates are set by the retailer.
- Poppylist does not control carrier selection, transit times, or delivery performance.
If you need assistance regarding:
- Shipping delays
- Tracking updates
- Lost or damaged packages
- Delivery issues
You must contact the retailer directly.
Retailers generally do not have access to your Poppylist registry details, but they can assist you if you provide:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number

3. Processing & Delivery Estimates
Any shipping timeframes displayed on our website are estimates provided by the retailer and are not guaranteed by Poppylist.
Under applicable U.S. federal regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, retailers are responsible for shipping orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or within 30 days if no timeframe is specified.
Poppylist is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather events
- Supply chain interruptions
- Customs or regulatory delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
4. Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier by the retailer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Poppylist is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Poppylist is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete apartment or unit numbers
- Refused deliveries
Any re-shipment fees may be the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the retailer.
6. Shipping Fees & Taxes
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated by the retailer and displayed at checkout.
Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable state and federal tax laws.
7. Multiple Shipments
Orders may ship separately if items are fulfilled by different retail partners. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates.
8. International Shipping
International shipping availability, duties, and customs fees are determined by the retailer fulfilling the order. Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poppylist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, delivery failures, or carrier-related issues.
Our role is limited to facilitating the transaction between customers and retail partners.
