RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Poppylist operates as a curated marketplace powered by Shopify Collective. Many products available in the Poppylist Shop are sold and fulfilled directly by independent brand partners and third-party retailers.

Because of this structure, return and refund policies may vary depending on the retailer fulfilling your order.

By placing an order through the Poppylist Shop, you acknowledge and agree that return eligibility, refund processing, and exchange policies are determined by the retailer fulfilling the order.


2. Returns for Orders Fulfilled by Retail Partners

If your order was fulfilled by one of our retail partners:

  • Returns must be requested directly through the retailer that shipped your order.

  • Poppylist does not accept physical returns for items fulfilled by third-party retailers.

  • Poppylist does not process refunds for items shipped by retail partners.

Retailers generally do not have access to your Poppylist registry details, but they can typically assist you if you provide:

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Your order confirmation number

If you are unsure which retailer fulfilled your order, please contact us at support@Poppylist.com, and we will help direct you to the appropriate retailer.


3. Return Eligibility

Return eligibility, including but not limited to:

  • Return windows

  • Condition requirements

  • Restocking fees

  • Final sale items

  • Exchanges

are governed solely by the policies of the retailer fulfilling the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable retailer’s return policy prior to purchase.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must contact the retailer directly within the timeframe specified in their policy.

  • Poppylist is not responsible for product defects, manufacturing issues, or shipping damage.

Any remedies, including replacement or refund, are subject to the retailer’s investigation and policies.


5. Refund Processing

Refund timelines and methods are determined by the retailer.

Poppylist does not control:

  • Refund approval decisions

  • Processing timelines

  • Payment method reversals

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at checkout, subject to the retailer’s terms.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Opened hygiene or personal care products

  • Gift cards

Eligibility is determined by the retailer fulfilling the order.


7. Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be directed to the retailer fulfilling the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Poppylist does not guarantee the ability to cancel orders after submission.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact the retailer or Poppylist customer support prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks may result in delayed resolution and could impact future purchasing privileges.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poppylist shall not be liable for:

  • Return denials

  • Refund delays

  • Restocking fees

  • Product dissatisfaction

  • Retailer policy decisions

Our role is limited to facilitating transactions between customers and independent retail partners.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that may not be waived under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
